With Click & Collect, you can place your order online and collect it from our warehouse or one of our Mollys Collective stores.

Select your preferred pickup location at checkout. We will prepare your order and send you an e-mail as soon as it is ready for collection.

When can I collect my order?

You can collect your order once you have received an e-mail from us confirming that it is ready. Please bring your order confirmation or pickup e-mail when collecting your order.

Order storage

We will hold your Click & Collect order for up to 7 days from the date you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.

If the order has not been collected within 7 days, and we have not heard from you, the order will automatically be cancelled. The amount will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase, less a handling fee of 19 DKK.

The handling fee applies to all pickup locations.

Returns

Click & Collect orders follow the same return terms as all other online orders. If you wish to return an item, the return must be created through our return portal and follow our standard online return process.

You can also return your online order in one of our open Mollys Collective stores. When creating your return in our return portal, please choose return in store.

A return fee of 19 DKK will be deducted from your refund when returning an online order in store.
