How do i return?

Please note, that returns are made at your own cost

You can return your item in the following ways:

1. Check that the item you want to return is unused marketable condition and has original price tag
2. Fill in return note with your reason to return
3. Wrap the item securely with the invoice
4. Book freight at your own choice

Please note that we do not except returns to our Head Office in Kvistgaard.

Once we have got the item back and checked that everything is ok, we will refund the purchase to the account you paid from within 14 business days.
