ORDERING AND PAYMENT TERMS

All prices at Noa Noa are incl. VAT and the currency is stated in Euros unless otherwise mentioned. Reservations are made for typing errors, errors in pricing and tax and currency changes.

If you use a discount code or if we run a promotion with automatic discount, the new price will appear in the shopping cart at checkout.

Noa Noa will not subsequently charge you any taxes. The price you pay is fixed, extra fee will not be charged.

At Noa Noa we accept the following payment methods: Mobilepay, Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Forbrugsforeningen, Eurocard, JCB, Diners and PayPal

The payment will not be deducted from your account before the item has been shipped from our warehouse. Noa Noa encrypts all your card information via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized 3.part cannot read card information and personal information during the transaction with PBS. Noa Noa reserves the right to have the purchase amount transferred to our own bank, Sydbank via bank transfer.

Once the order has been completed, it is quickly processed further in the system, and it is therefore not possible to cancel or change an order. Of course, you are always welcome to send the item back. Please read our refund terms to see if you are covered by free return, otherwise this must be at your own cost.

When you have completed an order at Noa Noa, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email. If, contrary to expectations, you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder and whether the email address you have entered is correct before contacting customer service. They can help you send the order confirmation if you provide your full name or phone number.

If you have a gift card or a discount code, the number must be entered at checkout. Find the field "Gift card/discount code". If you have both a discount code, but at the same time would like to pay with a gift card, you must first enter the discount code and then the gift card number. You do not need to use the entire gift card at once, and you can get information on your current gift card balance at any time by contacting customer service at shop@noanoa.com
