Delivery & return overview

Delivery Zone 1:
Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Luxembourg.
1; 4-7 working days - free shipping for orders over 99€ to a parcel shop; for amounts below, there's a 15€ fee for parcel shop delivery and a 20€ fee for home delivery.

*Easy Returns with a return label are available for all outgoing orders to Denmark, Sweden, Germany, and the Netherlands. This return service has a fee of 15 euros, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Delivery Zone 2:
Faroe Islands, Hungary, Turkey, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Malta, Lithuania, Latvia, Croatia, Italy, Iceland, Greece, Estonia, Cyprus, Andorra, Ireland.
Delivery time: 4-7 working days
Shipping cost: 20€ for home delivery.

 
You are responsible for returning your order within the 14-day return window. We recommend that you return your package with traceable tracking and keep your proof of submission. You are responsible for covering the return costs.
Please keep your proof of submission for the package until you receive confirmation and acknowledgment of your return from our warehouse. 

How fast do you deliver?

At Noa Noa, we strive to deliver your order within 4-7 business days from when you have completed your purchase until you receive the item. Still, expect up to 7 business days from the time you complete your purchase, until you receive the items. Via the track & trace link in the email with your invoice, you can always follow the status of your delivery.

As a rule, we deliver your entire order in the same delivery, this is not possible, we will contact you.

 

How do I return?

You have a 30-day window to exchange your item, and you can return it in the following ways:

1. **Using the Included Return Label:**
- If you are in an area where the return label is provided, you can use it, and the cost will be deducted from your credit note.

2. **Sending at Your Convenience:**
- Alternatively, you can send the item back at your own convenience. Make sure to enclose your invoice and the filled-in return note with the correct style number, size, and color code (provided with your item). The refunded amount will be deposited directly into your account. If you wish to get a different item, you need to make a new purchase at www.noanoa.com (you are responsible for the shipping cost for the new purchase).

3. **Exchange at NOA NOA Store:**
- Find your nearest NOA NOA store to exchange the item to another item or receive a voucher valid in the stores nationwide (except on www.noanoa.com). Unfortunately, refunds are not possible for webshop purchases when exchanging in stores. Bring a print of your invoice to the store and ensure the item is in unused, marketable condition with the price tag attached.

- Note: Online purchases cannot be exchanged in NOA NOA Outlet stores.

What if I regret the purchase?

The legislation entitles you to cancel your purchase for up to 14 days after receiving the item. If you have regretted your purchase, you can do the following:

  1. Check that the item you want to return is unused marketable condition and bears the price tag
  2. Fill in return note. 
  3. Wrap the item securely with invoice, which you must make sure is filled in correctly. 

Once we have got the item back and checked that everything is ok, we will refund the purchase price of the account you paid from. This happens during a maximum of 14 business days and of course we will send you an email with a credit note at the same time. 

 What if there's something wrong with the item?

If what you have purchased does not meet your expectations, you can return them to us. This applies to defects of all kinds and you have a right of complaint for up to 2 years after the purchase.

It is free to return complaints, you just need to contact customerservice@mollyscollective.com.

Please enclose a note in the return package with the order number and a description of the defect. Once we have received your complaint, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
